Water dragon

About the Picture:
This is neither a eastern dragon nor a western, but something in between. I tried to make it more eel like, but failed miserably when I added the lines on it. (actually wihtout the lines it would have looked even more weird). I'm not too happy with the legs, it doesn't seem like it's swimming.. though the whole body doesn't seem like it either...

Request from my sister... (not misty). I think I need to redo it..
