About the picture:
This here is a species that doesn't grow wing until they reach a certain age. And even then they need to really want to fly for them to grow out. So the mother needs to push the child from a cliff to make it grow its wings.
Motive:
I felt that my pictures is either poses or portaits and felt that I needed some interaction. Well I kinda failed at the mothers neck and some other things, but all in all, quite a success.

Really like the claws, the legs and the wings.
Maybe you should but some more effort into the rock though to make it look more "solid".
